I notice that people who do a lot… do a lot !
There’s an energy pulling them ever forward and being still isn’t an option.
But… it can feel lonely.
For women in particular we can feel guilty sometimes for being or doing ‘too much’.
People around us may (lovingly) tell us to slow down, worried that we will burn out.
Burn out can happen when we rely too much on our own selves. But when we are leaning into what Allah is opening up for us we also lean into the expansion He creates for us along the way.
